  • At the end of every session get into the habit of asking yourself:
    • Did my learners achieve what I planned?
    • How do I know? If not, why not?
    • What do I need to build on?
    • What do I need to differently?
  • Take a little time to note down your thinking and what you’ll do next time you work with these learners or work with other learners with similar needs.
  • The next module will look at ways to encourage adult learners to write.
