Corrections Inmate Employment (CIE) manages prisoner employment training and activities under Rehabilitation and Reintegration Services for the Department of Corrections. Since June 2006, prisoner participation in employment training has more than doubled. As CIE’s National Prisoner Training Coordinator, Rachel Bulliff has been instrumental in establishing CIE’s Instructors and learners on the Literacy and Numeracy for Adults Assessment Tool, monitoring assessment results, setting up a bank of literacy and numeracy resources and conducting sector training reviews. Her presentation has been split into three videos.
